The area offers a quieter, more local feel than District 1 while remaining close to Tan Son Nhat Airport (10–15 minutes) and central HCMC (10–15 minutes). The Ho Van Hue dining and cafe strip nearby makes the broader Phu Nhuan neighborhood one of the more comfortable inner-city residential areas in the city.
