Very little preparation is needed before your MassageGo therapist arrives. The massage is performed on your bed, so please have it cleared and ready when they arrive. Your therapist brings massage oils and any specialized tools required for your chosen service (such as hot stones or cupping sets). We recommend showering beforehand so you feel refreshed and get the full benefit of the session. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing or underwear — you will be professionally draped throughout the massage to protect your privacy and modesty at all times. If you have specific areas of tension, recent injuries, or pressure preferences, note them to share at the start of the session. Remove any jewellery before the therapist arrives, and secure valuables in a safe place.
