Binh Tay Market is the commercial heart; Thien Hau Temple, Ong Bon Pagoda, and Phuoc An Hoi Quan Pagoda are the main religious sites. The area is most active in the early morning when wholesale market trade peaks and locals fill the congee and dim sum restaurants that have operated here for generations.
