This is our fastest service to confirm and deliver same-day. With 90 minutes notice, we can typically confirm a therapist and have them at your door. For a mid-afternoon session (2–4 PM), messaging us after breakfast usually secures your time. Evening sessions requested by 3 PM are almost always available. Message us as early as possible for the best same-day options.

Yes — this is one of the most common same-day requests we receive. Tell us in your booking message that you have an active tension headache and we'll send a therapist experienced in headache-focused work. The session will prioritise the scalp, suboccipital, and cervical trigger points most responsible for tension-type headache pain, often providing relief within the first 15–20 minutes.

Yes — this is actually one of two standard positions for this treatment (the other being face-down on a bed). A chair massage position is convenient in hotel rooms, serviced apartments, or office settings. Tell us your preference when booking. Seated massage is particularly effective for neck and shoulder work as gravity assists decompression.

Most same-day requests are confirmed via WhatsApp within 30 minutes during active hours. Therapist arrival typically follows within 2–3 hours in central districts (Districts 1, 3, 4) and 3–4 hours in outer areas. For same-day evening sessions, messaging before 5 PM significantly improves availability.

Head and shoulder massage is a focused 60-minute session — we do not offer 90 or 120-minute versions for this service. It covers the neck, shoulders, upper back, scalp, and optionally the arms. The session can be done seated or lying down depending on your preference. Its targeted, time-efficient format makes it well suited to same day bookings when a full-body session is not practical.
