Phu My Hung is a master-planned urban township within District 7 developed from the 1990s onward on reclaimed wetland south of central Ho Chi Minh City. Its wide tree-lined boulevards, maintained green spaces, underground utilities, and coherent urban layout stand in marked contrast to the organic street patterns of older HCMC districts.
