When you send your booking message, include a brief description of your main complaint (lower back tension, neck stiffness, headache, anxiety) and we'll assign a therapist experienced with that area. Shiatsu practitioners specialise in different meridian systems, so matching your complaint to an appropriate therapist improves your outcomes significantly.

Keep it simple: your hotel, preferred time, and one or two sentences about your primary issue. For example: "Hotel Nikko, 5 PM, tight shoulders and headache from laptop work."
