No — our pricing is consistent regardless of booking lead time. Hot stone massage starts at 500,000 VND for 60 minutes whether you book a week ahead or two hours before. The premium experience doesn't come with a premium same-day surcharge.

The therapist handles all setup — they bring the stone heating unit, basalt stones, and oils. All you need is access to your bed (please have it cleared) and a power outlet for the heating unit. The therapist will set up quickly and remove everything after the session, leaving your room as they found it.

Give us 3 hours for a hot stone massage same-day booking, versus 2 hours for most other services. The extra hour accounts for stone heating preparation time. For evening sessions (6–9 PM), message us by 3 PM for the best availability. Hot stone is in high demand in the evenings, so earlier booking gives better choices.

Most same-day requests are confirmed via WhatsApp within 30 minutes during active hours. Therapist arrival typically follows within 2–3 hours in central districts (Districts 1, 3, 4) and 3–4 hours in outer areas. For same-day evening sessions, messaging before 5 PM significantly improves availability.

Hot stone massage requires approximately 15 minutes of setup — the stone heating unit needs time to prepare and the stones must reach working temperature before the session begins. For last-minute or same-day bookings, factor this setup window into your timing expectations. The 60, 90, or 120-minute session duration begins after setup is complete.
