Early Morning Thai Massage

A light breakfast is fine — fruit, toast, or a small meal an hour before is ideal. Avoid a heavy meal within two hours of your session as the stretching and compression may feel uncomfortable on a full stomach. Many clients prefer to book before breakfast and eat after.

Our earliest appointments are at 9 AM. We recommend booking the night before for morning sessions to guarantee your preferred time. A 60-minute morning Thai massage starting at 9 AM leaves you free by 10 AM — plenty of time before most tours, meetings, or check-outs.

Quite the opposite — Thai massage is energizing, not sedating. Unlike oil-based massages, which promote deep relaxation and sleepiness, the stretching and acupressure in Thai work raise alertness. Most clients feel physically warmed-up and mentally sharp afterwards, not drowsy.
