Foot massage, also known as reflexology, is an ancient healing practice that applies targeted pressure to specific points on the feet. These reflex points correspond to different organs and systems in the body, making foot massage both relaxing and therapeutic.
Our therapists use a combination of thumb walking, kneading, and pressure point techniques on the soles, heels, and toes. The massage includes the lower legs and calves to enhance circulation and provide complete relief from foot fatigue.
The heaviness from a day of sightseeing, standing, or touring drains out quickly — feet just respond fast to this kind of work
Flight swelling, heat swelling, or end-of-day puffiness — gentle pressure and circulation work clear it
Evening foot massage lowers cortisol and settles the nervous system — most clients fall asleep faster than usual
Reflexology and foot massage are often used interchangeably, but they're fundamentally different modalities.

Everything you need to know before you book
Foot massage is the easiest service to arrange same-day — sessions are 60 or 90 minutes, no undressing is required, and setup takes under 3 minutes. The most common booking pattern is from the taxi or ride home after a day of sightseeing: send your hotel name and preferred time via WhatsApp and we dispatch while you're still in transit. Same-day bookings are confirmed within 30 minutes. The website form works for scheduling in advance; WhatsApp is faster if you want a session within 2 hours.
The peak window for foot massage bookings is 5–8 PM — the return-from-sightseeing slot when feet are at their most fatigued. The second common pattern is late evening (9–11 PM) for guests who want to decompress before sleep. A 60-minute session suits most guests; 90 minutes is worth considering if you've spent an entire day walking. Late-night bookings (after 11 PM) are available with a 50,000 VND surcharge and 2 hours notice. For the most available time slots, booking before 5 PM for an evening session gives the most flexibility.
The therapist arrives at your hotel with a compact kit — towel, cream or oil, and any additional tools. Setup takes under 3 minutes. The session begins with a warm towel to clean and relax the feet, followed by reflexology pressure on the soles and toes, then the lower legs and calves. You remain fully clothed throughout — only shoes and socks come off. A 60-minute session covers the full foot reflex sequence; the 90-minute session extends into a more thorough lower leg and calf treatment. Payment is cash, settled directly with the therapist after the session ends.
“After walking around Ho Chi Minh City all day — Ben Thanh, the Old Quarter, then along the river — I booked a foot massage at 8pm. Therapist arrived in under 45 minutes. 60 minutes of proper reflexology and I felt ready to do it all again the next day.”

Yes. Foot massage is particularly effective for jet lag because it addresses two of its main physical symptoms: poor circulation from prolonged sitting and disrupted sleep. The reflexology pressure points on the feet directly stimulate blood flow throughout the body, reducing the heaviness and swelling that accumulates in the feet and ankles after a long flight. The deep relaxation response triggered by foot massage also helps lower cortisol levels, making it easier for your body to adjust to a new time zone. For best results, book a 60-minute session in the evening of your arrival day — the combination of improved circulation and relaxed nervous system significantly improves sleep quality that first night.
Foot massage focuses specifically on the feet, ankles, and lower legs using reflexology techniques that map pressure points to different organs and body systems. A full body massage covers the back, shoulders, arms, legs, and often the neck, using broader strokes across muscle groups. Foot massage is 60–90 minutes versus 60–120 for full body, is less expensive (from 500,000 VND vs. 500,000 VND for Thai or hot stone), and requires no disrobing — you remain fully clothed with only shoes and socks removed. It is an ideal first-time option for guests who are new to massage, prefer a non-invasive treatment, or simply have tired feet from a day of sightseeing in Ho Chi Minh City.
Foot massage can provide meaningful temporary relief for plantar fasciitis by relaxing the tight muscles and connective tissue in the foot, particularly the plantar fascia along the sole. Our therapists apply focused pressure to the arch, heel, and surrounding muscles, which can reduce the inflammation-related pain that is worst in the morning. Regular sessions — ideally two to three times per week — may help manage symptoms over time alongside proper treatment such as stretching exercises, supportive footwear, and physiotherapy. Massage is not a cure and should not replace medical advice, but many clients with plantar fasciitis report noticeably reduced morning pain after consistent massage. Please inform your therapist of the condition before the session begins so pressure can be adjusted appropriately.
