8. Cookies & Analytics
We use a self-hosted, privacy-friendly analytics tool to understand how our site is used (e.g. pages visited, device type, approximate region). It does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.
To improve usability, we also use Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymized session replays and aggregated heatmaps of how visitors interact with our pages. Clarity may set cookies and processes this data on Microsoft's behalf under its own privacy statement (https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement). Sensitive input fields such as phone numbers and messages are masked and never recorded. We also use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure when a visitor contacts us via WhatsApp or Zalo, or submits a booking, after clicking one of our ads; this sets a cookie and shares that interaction with Google under its privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). When you submit a booking, the email address and phone number you entered are also sent to Google in hashed (encrypted, one-way) form so it can match the booking to an ad click; Google uses this only to measure ad performance. We do not use Google Analytics, and we never sell your data. You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser.
