1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MassageGo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

MassageGo provides professional therapeutic massage services delivered to your hotel or residence in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. All services are performed by ID-verified massage therapists.

Important: MassageGo provides therapeutic massage services only. Any request for services outside the scope of professional therapeutic massage will be declined.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to therapist availability
• We will confirm your booking within 30 minutes via WhatsApp or email
• Payment is due after the completion of your massage service
• We accept cash (VND) and common payment methods
• Prices are as quoted at the time of booking confirmation

4. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 2 hours before your scheduled appointment
• No monetary fee for late cancellations, but repeated late cancellations may restrict your ability to book with us in future
• No-shows are not charged, but may restrict your ability to book with us in future
• To cancel, please contact us via WhatsApp or email

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and location information
• Ensure a safe and appropriate environment for the massage
• Inform us of any health conditions that may affect your massage
• Treat our therapists with respect and professionalism
• Be present and ready at the scheduled appointment time

6. Therapist Safety

MassageGo prioritizes the safety of our therapists. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or requests for non-therapeutic services will result in immediate termination of the session and may be reported to local authorities.

7. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure quality service, MassageGo is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise from massage therapy. Please consult with a healthcare provider if you have any medical conditions.

8. Personal Belongings

⚠️ MassageGo is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of your personal belongings during the massage session. Please secure your valuables and handle your belongings carefully at your own responsibility. We recommend storing valuable items safely before the session begins.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
