Everything you need to know before you book
Couples sessions are two simultaneous bookings in the same room — two therapists, same start time. To arrange this, send the hotel name, number of guests, preferred services (same or different), duration, and time via WhatsApp. Simultaneous bookings require 3–4 hours notice to coordinate two therapists; this is available daily but needs more lead time than a solo session. If one person wants a different service (e.g., foot massage while the other wants Thai), this is fully accommodated — just specify both services when booking. Payment is separate per therapist, cash after each session, so no shared invoice is required.
The most common couples booking is a shared evening session starting between 7 and 9 PM — the end-of-day wind-down that feeds into a pleasant evening or sleep. The 90-minute session is the most popular format for couples: long enough to feel thorough, finished by 10:30 PM if you start at 9. For occasions (anniversary, birthday, last night in HCMC), booking 24 hours ahead is advisable to guarantee simultaneous availability. For spontaneous same-evening couples sessions, booking by 4 PM gives the best chance of a 7 or 8 PM slot. If only one person wants a massage, standard solo booking applies — no couples premium applies to a single session.
Both therapists arrive together and set up simultaneously — in a standard double-occupancy hotel room, both therapists work side by side, each with their own client. The setup takes 5–8 minutes. Both sessions start at the same time and run for the same duration. Guests can choose the same service or different ones — this does not complicate the logistics. The therapists work independently and do not interact with each other during the session. The atmosphere is quiet and private. At the end, both therapists pack up together. Each therapist is paid separately in cash. The experience is identical to two individual solo sessions happening in parallel.
Two therapists for two guests in one room.

“We've done both. Solo sessions let each of us do our own thing. Couples means sharing the experience. We do couples for occasions and solo for regular sessions. MassageGo handles both setups — two therapists arriving together is smooth every time.”
