Everything you need to know before you book
First-time massage guests most commonly choose foot massage (no undressing required, easy 60-minute introduction) or Thai massage (clothed, energizing, clear structure). Aromatherapy is a popular first full-body option for guests who want a more relaxing, gentle experience. Book via WhatsApp with your hotel name, the service you are considering, and your preferred time. If you are unsure of the duration, 60 minutes is the standard first-session length for most services — it is enough to get a complete introduction without committing to 90 minutes. Same-day bookings are routine.
Before the session starts, the therapist will ask about any areas of tension, comfort preferences, and whether you have any injuries or health conditions. First-time guests should be honest about pressure sensitivity — therapists adjust throughout the session based on feedback, not just at the start. You can ask for lighter pressure at any point without disrupting the session. For oil massages, you will be asked about scent preferences. For Thai or shiatsu, you will be asked about your flexibility range. None of this requires preparation — just answer honestly when asked.
Returning guests typically settle into a preferred service and duration within 2–3 sessions. The most common pattern is a fixed weekly or biweekly slot — same day, same time — booked via WhatsApp the night before or morning of. Returning clients who mention previous sessions get a therapist familiar with their preferences where possible. Late-night bookings (after 11 PM) are available for returning guests with the 50,000 VND surcharge and 2 hours notice. For regular aromatherapy guests, keeping a note of the oil blend you preferred saves the 2-minute consultation at the start.
“My first massage and I immediately understood why people have them regularly. The first session was revelatory. The second, a week later, was deeper and more specific because the therapist already knew what needed attention. The first session is the gateway; regular sessions are the point.”
