The short version before you read the full comparison.
Best if your main goal is sore-muscle relief, stretching, mobility, or post-work tension from sitting and travel.
Best if your main goal is stress relief, winding down before bed, or a gentler first massage with oil.
Both start from the same entry price, so choose by body goal: mobility and stiffness for Thai, sleep and stress relief for Aroma.
Thai and Aroma are two of the easiest massage types to confuse because both can be full-body sessions from the same starting price. The real difference is the experience: Thai massage is dry, clothed, active, and stretch-based, while Aroma massage uses oil, flowing strokes, and a calmer pace. Pick Thai when stiffness or mobility is the problem. Pick Aroma when stress, sleep, or gentle relaxation is the goal.
Dynamic stretching that leaves you feeling energized and flexible.

Everything you need to know before you book
Thai massage is the faster same-day option: clothed, no oil, setup under 5 minutes, available with as little as 1 hour notice. Aromatherapy requires 2–3 hours notice to arrange a therapist with the right oil selection. If you want a session within 2 hours, Thai is the practical choice. If you are planning an evening session and booking in the afternoon, both are equally available. Book via WhatsApp with your hotel name, chosen service, duration, and start time. For aromatherapy, mention any scent preferences or sensitivities so the therapist can prepare.
Thai massage sees strong morning bookings — guests who want to start the day flexible before sightseeing — as well as early evening recovery sessions. Aromatherapy is almost entirely evening-booked: the oils linger pleasantly and the relaxation carries directly into sleep. If you want a morning treatment, Thai is the natural choice. If you are winding down after a long day and heading to bed within a couple of hours, aromatherapy is the better fit. The 90-minute session is the most popular for both: enough time to work through a thorough sequence without cutting into the evening.
Thai massage is performed on a mat, fully clothed — loose, comfortable clothing is recommended, and the therapist can provide suitable clothes if needed. The therapist guides you through stretches and applies compression. No shower is needed after. Aromatherapy requires the bed to be cleared (setup 5–7 minutes) — you undress to your comfort level, covered throughout, and the therapist works with slow flowing strokes using an essential oil blend. A shower after is optional but some guests prefer it. Both sessions end with the full booked time, cash after.
“Thai for when my body needs to be worked on. Aroma for when my mind needs to slow down. Both delivered to the hotel, both excellent. The correct answer to 'which one' is which problem you're trying to solve.”
