Early Morning Foot Massage

The mechanics are the same but the intent differs. Morning sessions focus on the energising reflexology zones — adrenals, solar plexus, and lymphatic points — to stimulate the body's systems for the day ahead. Evening sessions focus on sedating zones associated with rest and recovery. Your therapist will adjust their approach based on your session timing and goals.

Yes — reflexology is one of the most effective natural approaches to jet lag. Morning sessions stimulate the circadian-regulating reflexology points while also improving circulation that long-haul flights disrupt. For best results, combine morning reflexology with strong natural light exposure after your session — the two work synergistically to reset your body clock to local time.

Foot massage can be comfortably enjoyed before or after breakfast because it doesn't involve abdominal pressure. Many clients prefer to book their 9 AM foot session and then head to breakfast afterwards — you'll arrive at the table with excellent circulation and a boosted appetite. If booking after breakfast, any timing is fine for foot work.
