Long flights disrupt your body clock, leaving you exhausted but unable to sleep. Muscle stiffness from sitting for hours adds to the discomfort, making it hard to enjoy your trip.
Massage therapy helps reset your circadian rhythm by promoting relaxation and improving blood circulation. Our therapists come directly to your hotel room, so you can recover without leaving your accommodation.

Everything you need to know before you book
The best time to book for jet lag recovery is before you land — while still on the plane or in the airport. Send your hotel name and estimated check-in time via WhatsApp and we'll schedule dispatch to arrive within an hour of you checking in. Same-day bookings are handled routinely regardless of the hour. For daytime arrivals when you want to stay awake and reset, Thai massage is the better choice; for evening arrivals when you want to sleep at local time, aromatherapy with calming oils is ideal. Mention your arrival time and flight origin when booking — it helps with timing.
The most effective window for jet lag recovery is within 4–6 hours of landing. Booking for late afternoon or early evening positions the session to feed directly into your first night's sleep at local time. Avoid booking too close to your intended bedtime — a 60 or 90-minute session starting 90 minutes before sleep gives enough time to wind down naturally after. For eastward travel (where insomnia is the main problem), an evening aromatherapy session is most effective. For westward travel (where early waking is the issue), a morning Thai massage helps reset activity levels.
The therapist arrives at your hotel with full professional equipment and sets up in under 5 minutes — no effort required after a long journey. For jet lag, the most commonly requested services are aromatherapy (for evening sleep) and foot massage (for swollen legs and ankles from the flight). Thai massage is a good choice if the main issue is stiffness from sitting. The session runs the full booked duration. Payment is cash, settled directly with the therapist. Most guests are asleep before midnight after a well-timed jet lag session.
“Flew in from London — 13 hours, no sleep. Booked a 90-minute Thai massage within an hour of check-in. The therapist was there in 45 minutes and sorted out everything jet lag does to the body. Slept 10 hours straight and woke up actually ready for the trip.”
