Golf takes a surprising toll on your body. The repetitive rotational swing stresses your lower back, shoulders, and hips. Hours of walking the course in tropical heat add fatigue. By the 18th hole, your muscles are begging for relief.
Our therapists understand the unique demands golf places on the body. We target the muscle groups most stressed by your swing—lower back, shoulders, forearms, and hips—helping you recover faster so you're ready for your next round.

Everything you need to know before you book
For athletic recovery bookings, mention the activity and the specific muscle groups that need work when booking via WhatsApp — "half-marathon this morning, quads and calves" or "golf round, lower back and shoulders." This lets the therapist arrive prepared. Same-day bookings are the norm here since recovery timing matters. A 90-minute session is recommended for full-body athletic work; 60 minutes is sufficient for targeted single-area treatment. Thai massage and cupping are the most effective services for athletic recovery; shiatsu is the better choice for energy-focused work after yoga or similar practice.
For muscle recovery, the optimal window is 4–8 hours after intense activity — enough time for the initial inflammation to settle, but early enough to work on the tissue while it's still responding. Booking the evening of activity day is the standard pattern. Avoid booking immediately before a competition or race — massage increases blood flow and mobility but can temporarily reduce explosive power. For ongoing training, building a regular weekly session (same day after the longest training session) is more effective than irregular bookings. Late-night availability covers post-race evening sessions.
The therapist arrives with a full professional kit and will ask about the day's activity before starting. For cupping, they'll explain the process and check for contraindications; marks are normal and temporary (3–10 days). For Thai massage, wear loose comfortable clothing — the stretching component is more effective with full range of movement. Deep pressure on worked muscles will feel intense but should not be sharp pain — communicate freely. After a good recovery session, soreness in the following 24 hours is normal. Payment is cash after the session.
