At MassageGo, we operate on a pay-after-service model. You only pay after your massage is complete and you are fully satisfied with the service. This means there is no upfront payment required when booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Here's our cancellation policy:
Free cancellation: Cancel anytime up to 2 hours before your scheduled appointment at no charge
Late cancellation (within 2 hours): A cancellation fee of 200,000 VND may apply to cover therapist travel costs
No-show: If you fail to be present for your scheduled appointment without notice, the full service amount may be charged
Easy cancellation: Simply message us via WhatsApp or call to cancel your booking
3. Rescheduling
Need to change your appointment time? No problem! You can reschedule your booking free of charge up to 2 hours before your appointment. Contact us via WhatsApp and we'll find a new time that works for you.
4. Refund Policy
Since payment is collected after service completion, refunds work differently than traditional bookings:
Service satisfaction: If you are not satisfied during your massage, please inform the therapist immediately so they can adjust the technique or pressure
Post-service concerns: If you have concerns after the service is complete, contact us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve the issue
Partial service: If a session is cut short due to circumstances beyond your control, you will only pay for the time received
Quality guarantee: We stand behind our service quality. If there's a genuine issue with your experience, we offer a complimentary follow-up session
5. Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of medical emergencies, flight changes, or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle each situation with understanding and flexibility.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or credits cannot be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after a completed service
Complaints raised more than 24 hours after service completion
No-show without prior notification
Service terminated due to inappropriate client behavior
