Within 10 km of District 1, there is no transportation fee. For locations beyond 10 km, a small travel surcharge of 50,000 VND applies, disclosed upfront before you confirm. We do not currently operate outside Ho Chi Minh City. Our service area spans more than 20 districts and hundreds of hotels, making us the most widely available in-room massage service in HCMC.
All payments are made in cash in Vietnamese Dong (VND) directly to your therapist after the session is completed — no advance payment or deposit is ever required when booking. Because our therapists are independent professionals, we currently accept cash only; credit cards and bank transfers are not available. The exact price is confirmed to you before your booking is finalised, so there are no surprises. Our rates range from 400,000 VND for a 60-minute foot massage up to 900,000 VND for a 120-minute Thai or hot stone massage. A late-night surcharge of 50,000 VND applies for bookings between 11 PM and 7 AM. The massage is performed on your bed, so please have it cleared and ready when they arrive — your therapist brings fresh linens to lay over it, along with massage oils and any specialized tools needed for your chosen service. We recommend showering beforehand so you feel refreshed and get the full benefit of the session. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing or underwear — you will be professionally draped throughout the massage to protect your privacy and modesty at all times. If you have specific areas of tension, recent injuries, or pressure preferences, note them to share at the start of the session. Remove any jewellery before the therapist arrives, and secure valuables in a safe place. After your session ends, allow yourself 10 to 15 minutes to rest before resuming activities, and drink plenty of water to help your body recover fully.
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking at any time before the session begins, as we do not collect any advance payment. There is no financial penalty for cancellations. However, we ask that you notify us as early as possible — ideally at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment — so your assigned therapist can accept other bookings and plan their schedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book with us in future, as our therapists block specific time slots for confirmed appointments. To reschedule, simply send a message on WhatsApp or email with your new preferred date and time, and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you need to cancel entirely, a brief WhatsApp message is all that is needed. We appreciate your consideration for our therapists' time, and we will always communicate promptly with you in return.
