Aromatherapy massage combines the therapeutic benefits of Swedish massage techniques with the healing properties of essential oils. The aromatic compounds are absorbed through the skin and inhaled, working on both physical and emotional levels.
Using long, flowing strokes typical of Swedish massage, our therapists apply custom-blended essential oils to your skin. The gentle pressure relaxes muscles while the aromatherapy oils provide additional therapeutic benefits based on your needs.
Touch and scent hit the nervous system through two separate channels simultaneously — the effect is faster and lasts longer than massage alone
Lavender activates the parasympathetic system via the olfactory-limbic pathway — this is the mechanism behind why the scent actually works
Book it for the evening, go straight to bed — most clients fall asleep within minutes of finishing

Everything you need to know before you book
Aromatherapy is most often booked as an evening session — the oils linger pleasantly and the relaxation carries directly into sleep, making it one of the best "last thing before bed" treatments. Same-day bookings are available with 2–3 hours notice, which is enough time to arrange a therapist with the right oil selection. When booking via WhatsApp, mention if you have any scent preferences or sensitivities. For a 120-minute session, booking at least 3 hours ahead ensures better therapist availability.
Aromatherapy bookings concentrate heavily in the evening — 7 PM to 10 PM is the busiest window, when guests are winding down and the oils' sleep-promoting properties are most relevant. For first-timers, a 90-minute session at 8 PM leaves enough time to drift off naturally by 10–11 PM. The 120-minute session is popular with guests who have a full free evening and want the extended Swedish strokes. If you're booking specifically for sleep improvement, aim for a start time 60–90 minutes before you plan to sleep. Same-day availability is good before 7 PM; after that, booking a few hours ahead is advisable.
The therapist arrives with a selection of essential oils. Please have your bed cleared and ready — setup takes 5–7 minutes. Before starting, they'll ask about scent preferences and any sensitivities — this takes 2 minutes and ensures the oil blend is right for you. You undress to your comfort level (underwear is standard) and lie under a sheet; only the area being worked is uncovered at any time. The strokes are long and flowing, the pressure is medium to light. The room fills with the scent of the oils within the first few minutes. Payment is cash after the session — no deposit required.
“The aromatherapy massage helped me finally get a good night's sleep after three nights of jetlag-broken rest. The therapist chose oils that worked for relaxation and the pressure was exactly right — firm enough to mean something, gentle enough to let go completely.”

We use high-quality therapeutic-grade essential oils selected for their specific wellness properties. Lavender is our most requested oil, known for its deeply calming effect on the nervous system and its ability to improve sleep quality. Peppermint is used for energizing sessions and headache relief, with a cooling sensation that many clients find refreshing after a hot day in Ho Chi Minh City. Eucalyptus helps clear congestion and supports respiratory comfort. Sweet almond and jojoba serve as neutral carrier oils for clients with fragrance sensitivities. Before the session begins, your therapist will ask about your scent preferences and any known allergies or sensitivities, and will select the most appropriate blend. Custom combinations are available on request.
Aromatherapy massage requires specific precautions during pregnancy, and some essential oils must be avoided entirely. Oils such as clary sage, rosemary, peppermint, and eucalyptus are contraindicated during pregnancy, particularly in the first trimester. However, gentle aromatherapy using pregnancy-safe oils such as lavender, chamomile, and sweet almond oil can be beneficial for reducing lower back pain, swelling, and anxiety in the second and third trimesters. If you are pregnant, please disclose this clearly when booking so we can assign a therapist trained in prenatal massage and ensure only pregnancy-approved oils are used. For high-risk pregnancies, we recommend consulting your obstetrician before booking any massage service.
We bring our own professional linens to every session, so there is no risk of staining your hotel sheets — your therapist places our fresh linens on the bed before the massage begins and removes them at the end. The carrier oils we use (jojoba, sweet almond) are light and largely absorbed into the skin during the session, leaving minimal residue. For clothing: we recommend wearing comfortable undergarments you do not mind getting slightly oily, or simply bringing a change of clothes. Most clients shower after the session, which removes any remaining oil from the skin. If you prefer a robe or towel instead of undressing, simply let your therapist know — full draping is always available at your request.
