Send your hotel name and preferred time via WhatsApp. Same-day bookings are available with as little as 90 minutes notice. A 60-minute session is the standard for foot massage; 90 minutes is available if you want extended lower leg work included. Mention any foot injuries, recent surgery, or varicose veins when booking — the therapist adapts technique accordingly.
The natural booking pattern for foot massage is post-activity — after sightseeing, shopping, or a long day on your feet. Booking from the taxi or ride back to your hotel gives the therapist time to arrive by the time you're settled. The late afternoon window (3–7 PM) has the highest same-day availability. Foot massage is also a practical option for late arrivals after long-haul flights — the treatment helps reduce ankle swelling and improves circulation quickly. No shower or preparation is needed, so the session can start within minutes of the therapist arriving.
The therapist arrives with a portable foot massage kit. You remain fully clothed — only shoes and socks are removed. The session is typically done seated or semi-reclined on the bed. Work covers the soles, arches, heels, toes, and lower calves up to the knee. Reflexology pressure points on the sole correspond to different body systems — most clients experience a general full-body relaxation despite the focused area. The session runs the full booked time. Some mild tenderness on the plantar surface is normal and indicates productive pressure work. Payment is cash after; no deposit required.
