For a first-time massage, foot massage or aromatherapy are the most accessible starting points — both are well-tolerated, require minimal decisions, and are easy to communicate about during the session. Book via WhatsApp with your hotel name and preferred time. Mention it's your first massage; the therapist will check in on pressure more frequently and explain each step briefly. Same-day bookings are available with 2 hours notice. A 60-minute session is the right length for a first experience — long enough to feel the benefit, short enough to not be overwhelming.
Evening bookings are the most natural entry point for first-time clients — you're winding down, the pressure to do anything afterward is low, and the relaxation has somewhere to go. A 7 PM or 8 PM session followed by a quiet evening is ideal. Avoid scheduling a first massage immediately before an important meeting or event — there's a post-session adjustment period where some people feel pleasantly drowsy for 20–30 minutes. Foot massage in the late afternoon is a good lower-stakes starting option for anyone unsure about timing.
The therapist arrives, introduces themselves briefly, and asks one or two simple questions about preferences and any areas to avoid — this takes 2–3 minutes. For foot massage, you remain fully clothed (only shoes and socks off). For aromatherapy, you undress to your comfort level under a sheet; only the area being worked is uncovered at any time. You don't need to talk during the session — many clients prefer silence. If the pressure is too much or too little at any point, just say so. Sessions run the full booked time. Payment is cash after; tipping is not required.
