Book via WhatsApp with your hotel name, preferred time, and session length. Mention any oil allergies or scent sensitivities when booking — we carry several blends and can accommodate preferences easily. Same-day bookings are available with 2–3 hours notice. A 90-minute session is the standard recommendation for aromatherapy: the first 15–20 minutes are typically needed for the nervous system to fully relax, and the remaining time is where the deep benefit is felt. For sleep and stress-relief goals, a 90-minute evening session is the most effective format.
Aromatherapy massage is most effective as an evening treatment. The combination of scent and slow, flowing strokes prepares the body for sleep — a session starting between 7 PM and 9 PM feeds directly into overnight rest. For stress relief and anxiety, avoid booking too close to other scheduled activities; the post-session relaxation window is part of the benefit. For daytime bookings, aromatherapy is still effective but the calming oils may make you feel pleasantly drowsy for 30–60 minutes after — plan accordingly. A late-night surcharge of 50,000 VND applies from 11 PM.
The therapist arrives with a professional table, fresh linens, and a selection of massage oils. Setup takes 5–7 minutes. At the start, the therapist briefly asks about scent preferences and any areas to focus on or avoid — this takes 2–3 minutes. You undress to your comfort level and lie under a sheet; only the area being worked on is uncovered at any time. The strokes are long, flowing, and unhurried. The room fills with the oil fragrance within the first few minutes. Sessions run the full booked duration. Payment is cash after the session; no prepayment required.
