Occasion-based bookings — couples sessions, pre/post-flight treatments, business trip relaxation — often benefit from a bit more notice than standard same-day bookings. Couples sessions (two therapists simultaneously) need 3–4 hours notice. Pre-flight sessions with a fixed departure time should be booked the night before to avoid timing pressure. Business trip bookings work best on a rolling schedule — book the evening session for the next evening at check-out each morning. Post-flight bookings are the most spontaneous and work fine with 2 hours notice from arrival. All bookings go via WhatsApp; mention the occasion context when booking and we will match the service recommendation to your situation.
The key timing principle for occasion-based bookings is to work backward from your fixed commitments. For a pre-flight session: book to end 90 minutes before you need to leave for the airport. For a couples evening: book to start after dinner, typically 8–9 PM for a 7 PM dinner. For a business trip session on a busy schedule: a morning foot or head and shoulder massage (60 minutes, clothed, no shower needed) is the most flexible option — it fits before a full day of meetings and causes no post-session logistics. For a last-night-in-HCMC session: book the day before; late-night slots (after 11 PM) are available with the 50,000 VND surcharge.
In-room massage works particularly well for occasions because the setting is already familiar and comfortable — your own hotel room rather than a spa changing room. For couples: the same room, same start time, no coordination issues. For travel recovery: the therapist arrives within an hour of you deciding you need treatment, without leaving the hotel. For a special occasion gift: booking in advance via the website form and providing a start time gives the recipient a confirmed session without any WhatsApp coordination needed on their end. The therapist is punctual, professional, and brings everything. Cash payment after means no awkward card machine moments at the end. No tipping is expected, though it is appreciated.
