A 60-minute foot or head and shoulder massage — the fastest services to set up and complete — fits comfortably within a morning departure schedule if you book the night before for a 6–7 AM session. Post-flight massage is the easier booking: arrive at the hotel, unpack if needed, and send a WhatsApp booking for an hour later. Most guests book within 2 hours of checking in. Thai massage and shiatsu are the most popular post-arrival choices for their energy-resetting and jet-lag-addressing effects.
Pre-flight: head and shoulder massage (60 minutes, seated, no undressing, fastest setup) or foot massage (60 minutes, no shower needed, good for pre-transit fatigue) are the practical choices. Avoid hot stone or aromatherapy before a flight — the oils linger and the deep relaxation can make the airport experience uncomfortable.
