Same-day bookings are available with adequate notice. A 90-minute session is strongly recommended over 60 minutes — the stone placement and heat penetration phases take time, and a 60-minute session leaves limited time for the massage strokes themselves.
Hot stone massage is a deeply relaxing treatment best scheduled as an evening experience. A 7–9 PM session followed by sleep maximizes the recovery benefit — the heat penetrates muscle tissue to a depth that requires rest to fully integrate. Avoid booking hot stone on days with significant upcoming physical activity — the deep muscle relaxation can temporarily reduce explosive strength. For guests managing chronic muscle tension or stress, hot stone is the most effective single-session treatment available. A late-night surcharge of 50,000 VND applies from 11 PM; evening slots before 11 PM are the most popular.
The therapist arrives with heated basalt stones in an insulated carrier, a professional table, and oils. Setup takes 7–10 minutes. The stones are placed along the spine, between the toes, and in the palms while the therapist works other areas — the heat loosens deep tissue at a level that hands alone cannot reach. As the stones cool, they are used as massage tools along the back and legs. The overall effect is profoundly relaxing — most clients are partially asleep within 20 minutes. Sessions run the full booked time. Payment is cash after; no deposit required.
