Traditional spa bookings require planning in advance, travel time to the location, waiting in a lobby, and returning to your hotel afterward. For guests who want a spontaneous evening treatment or a recovery session after a long day, the logistics gap between the two options is significant. Price is also substantially different: in-room from 400,000 VND; hotel spa typically from 1,800,000–3,000,000 VND.
The most common in-room booking pattern is the same-day evening session — guests decide at 5 or 6 PM that they want a massage at 7 or 8 PM. This is routine. Foot massage and head and shoulder can often be arranged within 1 hour. Thai, shiatsu, and aromatherapy typically need 2 hours for same-day availability. Hot stone needs 3 hours to guarantee equipment and therapist availability. For next-day or advance bookings, any time slot is available with 12+ hours notice.
